Looking back or forward each year again

Each year when a person receives birthday greetings on his birthday one may reflects backwards on what he achieved in his live and that year and wonders, did I matter ? does anybody care ? Will people remember me ? every single day of the year somewhere out there a person receives his birthday greetings and reflects back, every single day somewhere out there those very questions are asked.

Those are the questions most of us all will face in the end sooner or later, some may ask them every year or even every day and some may ask them only once in their life’s yet in the end the questions does show up eventually.

Now when you look back each year when you receive birthday greetings you yourself are the only 1 who can answer those but in the end some may like what they see and others don’t every year again it won’t be the same for everybody.

When you look back and think about the previous year with regret some may say, does it really matter what others think about me ? some may deny that they care at all when they receive or not receive birthday greetings on that special day but deep down we all care somehow.

What can we do about it though, well one may wonder if we don’t look back to often and look towards the future instead maybe we will see something different, a possibility perhaps a change maybe.  instead of focusing on the past when your special birthday greetings are received every year again. One could spend his thoughts on the future and each year you try to better yourself, become a better man or woman, achieve new goals in life each year again.

And in the end when you do look back you might just find that you had a life worth living, a life people will remember and somebody people did care about .
